The laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular biology is designed for preparing live tissue and cell culture lysates, protein and nucleic acid divisions using the electrophoresis method, identification of proteins and peptides by semi-quantitative and quantitative Western blot and ELISA methods. The lab is also equipped with qPCR, RT-PCR hypersensitive tools required for genetic studies. Fluorometry and spectrometry are used for quantitative measurement of low molecular weight and high molecular weight endogenous metabolites and some medicines in biological liquids.
In the well-equipped laboratory of cell culturing researchers are able to maintain cells isolated from living organism and get primary cell cultures, transdifferentiation and reprogramming of human somatic cells, as well as phenotyping cell cultures. These methods make it possible to investigate the activity of different cells in ex vivo conditions, to study the influence of various biologically active substances and drugs on them to use the cells as a simple system of synthesis of biologically active substances, and implement them for research, therapeutic and other purposes.
Based on the modern technical basis of the genome editing laboratory, it is possible to realize different methods in medicine, experimental biology, cytology and biotechnology. For example: to inject gene constructions of the cell and acquire a cell that can synthesize various us e full substances, gene-modified tissues or organisms.

The surgical laboratory is intended for surgery and postoperative control of laboratory animals. The availability of modern devices, allows to realize different operations on animals and control life-important parameters in accordance with ethical principles.
The vivarium contains basic and quarantine sectors for keeping animals. It is possible to keep animals in both specific and non-specific conditions through the individual ventilation system with opportunity to control ten parameters around each box. There is also a separate section for examination and initial stage of anesthesia.
