On March 21 the “Knowledge Transfer” spring school launched, which is organized on the initiative of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office (KTTO) of the YSMU COBRAIN center. At the beginning of the event, Mariam Movsisyan, the head of the KTTO, introduced the short-term and long-term goals of the organization and noted the importance of cooperation with experienced leaders in the field. The participants of the event were introduced about the process of commercialization of research results and its importance in our lives by Vardan Gevorgyan, head of the Technology Transfer Unit of the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The specialist spoke about the problems we encounter in the field and their possible solutions. He encouraged scientists to take a step towards commercializing their research and, along the way, seek guidance from the relevant institutions to get the right direction. The participants discussed with the speaker the role of each unit in the process of communication.
